The establishment of the "Procedure" Establishment Group was chaired by Zhu Aiping, the Architectural Technology Standardization Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Yao Tao, the director of the Standardization Institute of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. While affirming the guiding role of the establishment of the Regulations in the construction of the roof, it also put forward five requirements for the formulation of the Regulations. :
1. The preparation team must pay attention to the preparation of standards, but also pay attention to the implementation, supervision and application of standards.
2. The technologies used should conform to the relevant national policies and work well with other standards and regulations and be consistent.
3. In the process of preparation, work should be completed according to the procedural requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Standardization of Building Structure Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development".
4. All participating units and personnel shall ensure the completion of the "statistics" preparation task in terms of time and effort, implement the relevant work according to the outline of the meeting, clarify the division of labor, and strictly follow the progress requirements.
Zhu Dongqing, Chairman of the China Building Waterproofing Association made a speech at the meeting, introduced the background of the preparation of the "Procedures", the preparations for the early period and the urgency of the "Regulations". At the same time, the participating companies also proposed that they should be from the whole industry. Under the premise of ensuring the angle and ensuring time and effort, the task is to be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Guidelines for the Preparation of Engineering Construction Standards.
After that, the team discussed the revised outline of the "Procedure" and the first draft of the "Regulations", and mainly put forward the following opinions:
1. 'Terminology' added or deleted part of the content, such as 'fire board', 'gas barrier', etc.;
2. In the 'Roofing Engineering Materials' chapter, add 'steam trapping materials', 'fireproofing materials', etc., and list the technical indicators for the "Regulations" for insulation materials, waterproof materials, etc.;
3. The contents of 'Roofing Project Design' are re-divided according to the contents of 'Roofing Construction' and supplemented with corresponding contents; a 'Wind-Proof Design' section is added to 'Roofing Engineering Design';
4. Complement and improve the content of the three system construction methods in Chapter 7 according to the level of system construction.
After careful discussion, revision and improvement, the preparation team unanimously adopted the revised outline and re-established the division of labor.
Representatives and compiling staff of participating units agreed that in order to meet the needs of the development of single-layer
Waterproofing membrane roof projects in China and ensure the quality of roof projects, it is timely to formulate this regulation, and expressed that it must strongly support and actively participate in related work. The amount of quality assurance completed the preparation of this standard on time.
